Managing Partner
Ms. Victoria is an accomplished financial and audit professional, specializing in professional accounting, external auditing, and internal auditing. Her career commenced at globally leading Big 4 accounting firms (EY and KPMG), where she advanced from an Audit Associate to a High-Level Supervising Senior, accumulating extensive professional experience in both local and foreign markets across a spectrum of industries. Furthermore, Ms. Victoria served as a National Consultant for a World Bank project. She made significant contributions to the revision of the Mongolian Accounting Law through comprehensive research on international best practices.
After completing her master's degrees in professional accounting and commerce in Sydney, Australia, Ms. Victoria transitioned to internal auditing practice and was appointed as a Chief Audit Executive (CAE) in various businesses. In this capacity, she closely advised Shareholders, Audit committees, and Executive Management, providing them with professional advice on strategic and operational aspects of their businesses.

At the esteemed VGS organization, Ms. Victoria has been appointed to serve as a Managing Partner, a role that carries significant responsibility and influence. Her seasoned practical expertise and extensive exposure to both local and international markets are poised to impart invaluable contributions to the advancement of our business and clients.

Strategic Corporate Adviser
Mr. Bilguun (Billy) is a distinguished financial and audit professional based in London UK, specializing in professional accounting, external auditing, and business operations. His career was initiated at a globally prominent Big 4 accounting firm (PwC), where he progressed from a Consultant to a Senior Consultant, accumulating extensive professional experience in both local and international markets across a diverse range of industries.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Bilguun has acquired further expertise in business operations and group financial reporting. He is a registered member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration in London, United Kingdom.

As a Strategic Corporate Adviser at VGS, Mr. Bilguun assumes a role that entails substantial responsibilities, pivotal strategic decision-making, and the provision of professional counsel for business enhancement. Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Uyanga is a seasoned financial professional with expertise in professional accounting, external auditing, and business operations. She began her career at a globally renowned Big 4 accounting firm (EY), where she progressed from Audit Associate to Audit Senior, gaining extensive professional experience in both local and foreign markets across a diverse range of industries.

In addition to her professional practice, Mrs. Uyanga has held positions ranging from Chief Accountant to Chief Financial Officer in local and foreign invested organizations. Despite her focus on external auditing, she has also acquired skills in financial management, group financial reporting, taxation, financial analysis, complex budget preparation, cash flow management, accounting outsourcing, and business operations management.

Mrs. Uyanga holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Finance and Economics. Throughout her career, Mrs. Uyanga has worked closely with Shareholders and Business Executives, providing them with advice on various financial and operational aspects of their businesses.

Marketing and Public Relations Manager
Mrs. Enkhmaa is a seasoned professional with expertise in marketing, public relations, office administration, and real estate. She also excels in developing newly established startups and is the founder of Cloud Kitchen MGL.​​ Throughout her professional career, Mrs. Enkhmaa has garnered extensive experience working within various foreign-invested organizations, honing her business acumen and expertise. Her ardent dedication to volunteerism is exemplified through her tenure at "Projects Abroad," where she actively engaged with international teams, further refining her skill set.
Mrs. Enkhmaa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of The Humanities and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, USA.​​
